Chris Farmer has taught Yoga in Daily Life for over 20 years. She is a Registered Nurse with a keen interest in helping her students’ understand their own sense of wellness.
Chris and her husband Mark live on a farm in Clearville. She enjoys teaching yoga, gardening, watercolor painting and connecting with Nature.
Chris is looking forward to meeting her students and introducing each one to this very gentle style of yoga.
