Each year CX of M - Michigan's Association of Customer Experience Management, recognizes top industry performers across 6 categories. This dinner is designed to recognize the award winners across those categories. Held in the Red Cedar Room of the Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center, the program for the CX of M Industry Best Practice Awards consists of a reception (6:00-7:00 p.m.), dinner (7 - 8:00 p.m.), and awards ceremony (8 - 8:30 p.m.).
