Where:  Meet at the Welcome Station at the Frankfurt Drive Entrance,  2011 Frankfurt Drive, Birmingham, AL 35211 Date: Saturday, October 1st Time: 9 A.M. - 10:30 A.M. Get a sample of all Red Mountain Park has to offer, including an introduction to our trail map and wayfinding, a tour of Remy's Dog Park, an overview of the mining history, a treehouse, the Butler Snow Sensory trail, and one of our outdoor classrooms.  This 3 mile hike will start at the park's Frankfurt Drive entrance welcome station at 9 AM, Saturday, October 1st. Dogs on leashes are welcome. Follow RMP on social media for event reminders. Please register if you plan to attend. This hike is free for all attendees. Hope to see you there! In the event of inclement weather, all registered attendees will be notified of event cancelation via email at least an hour before the event.
