Restoration Technician (Rockville, MD) compensation: Based on experience employment type: full-time job title: Technician Full Service Restoration company providing property restoration is seeking a new field technician. Responsibilities involve responding to emergency and non-emergency restoration calls, gathering moisture points and recording, demolition tasks (tear out drywall, insulation, carpet, carpet pad), water extraction and setting equipment (dehumidifiers, air movers, etc.). Skills / Requirements: • Restoration experience helpful, but not required • Valid Driver's License • Able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds. • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish preferred - Be able to work overtime when needed - Be on call every other weekend - Be hard working and have good work ethics Compensation based on experience.
