No experience is necessary.ResponsibilitiesA cleaning technician is in charge of the cleaning of our commercial and/or residential properties. Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas (sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, emptying trash, cleaning walls, restocking supplies, restroom cleaning, etc) Assist other team members with the completion of heavy cleaning tasks and special projects Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needed repairs Stock and maintain a housekeeping cart/kit Follow all health and safety regulations as well as company policies Cooperate with team Qualifications Reliable transportation Must be able to pass a federal background check High school degree or equivalent Dependable, hard-working, honest Positive attitude Attention to detail and able to follow a checklist Ability to work independently Must be able to lift 50 lb.
