Insured Contractor needed for Stud Build Out

(Please read entire post before reaching out) Hello! I am searching for a LICENSED, INSURED, and BONDED Contractor to complete a stud build out in my apartment. The requirements are as follows: 1) At least two ceiling-to-floor studs spaced 16 inches apart, measured from the center of the stud. 2) The stud is oriented with the 2" side facing forward. Placing the stud flat with the wider side facing forward is not supported. 3) Cannot rely on the existing wall for anchoring—the studs must be attached at the floor and ceiling. 4) You may need to add additional reinforcement if your metal stud build-out does not have a wall built around it. Reinforcement requires two additional 2x4; when facing the build-out, one 2x4 should be on the left side of the left stud, and the other should be on the inside of the right stud.
