We have space now in our educationally based Licensed Child Care in Whittier, Ca. 90604 (will also serve La Mirada, La Habra, and Norwalk areas) Provider has 28 years experience, a Masters in Child Development and a Program Director permit. Space is available in my home now for 2-5 year olds full time mon-fri. Homework help is available daily. Clean environment, healthy practices, meals included. Educational child care. limited space! Using the developmentally appropriate research based curriculum High/Scope that focuses on child initiated and teacher directed activities based on the individual needs of your child. During the regular school year, after school pick up is available for Whittier and La Mirada schools. Pick ups and homework help is available currently for children from Scott Ave school, Gardenhill, Dulles elementary, Foster elementary and Ceres schools. Assistant teachers help with homework, the school pick ups and daily educational activities with the kids. Cindy Lic #198017365 The High Quality Educational program is Monday-Friday 7:50 am-6.30PM. Hourly rates are available for extended care. The High quality education focuses on health, physical development, communication, math, science, literacy, art, dramatic play, language development and social emotional development. Yoga for children will help them to learn spatial awareness, self regulation, and improve fine and gross motor skills. Meals and snacks included. The overall goal is to prepare children for school readiness and future school success in a Warm Caring home-like environment that puts social and emotional development at the heart of the program. Will take state and federal funding for parents working or going to school.
