I am looking for workers/subcontractors with a crew or individuals that are interested in doing carpentry. Pay depends on experience, but prefer to pay by the job. Must have your own tools. Experience is necessary (Current work is local in west Fargo. DO NOT BOTHER ME AND SAY YOUR WILLING TO WORK AND PLAN TO START AND PLAY STARTING GAMES WITH ME! We have deadlines that need to be met and will be expected of you to respect that. There is way too much work for these games. Do your own stuff on your own time!!! Please don't ask for a advance, pay schedule is upon completion and as early as one week after completion and no later then 30 days. Need to be professional mindset, and proper hygiene and respect owners/other trades and project managers as well. Must be willing to work and learn! If your willing to learn I will teach you and work side by side for a bit if needed to feel comfortable going on your own. Must be self motivated and start at a reasonable time Monday through Friday and weekends are optional, I don’t have time to be a babysitter every day on the job. DO NOT WASTE MY TIME IF YOUR NOT SERIOUS! Text me or call if interested looking to hire mainly sub crews. Our current work is local in Fargo. Text preferred over phone calls until an agreement has been made to meet in person for a in person interview. If I don’t respond right away it is because I am busy working or with a client. We do anything from framing, millwork, cabinetry, custom installs, tongue and groove/Barnwood, carpet tile, liner packages in Pole Barns, final cleaning, and many more. Prefer to find a crew or two that is willing to work nonstop. We have multiple developments happening and many more in the works. You could start as early as the next day after meeting in person and upon project contract signed and understanding of scope of work.
