I'm looking for someone who is honest and very responsive to help out with a home I have on Airbnb. I built the house myself and have maintained it so i know all of the systems very well. I am looking for someone who has a keen eye for detail and is very good with their hands at taking things apart and fixing them. This person must live local to Bonita or in surrounding areas as you will be making weekly trips to the property for minor maintenance and check ups as well as the occasional urgent need. Must have flexible schedule if urgent needs pop up. Minimum duration of the job will be 1 year but most likely much longer. All tools and materials for tasks will be provided. I am not concerned with age, or gender. I'm just looking for someone who can do the tasks to the standard required. Weekly work 1-2 hours(very easy), stop by property to: - Take trash down to road on Sunday and back up on Monday - Test and add chemicals to hot tubs (2) - Open and store supplies that come in packages - Check on exterior of home and property picking up any loose trash or weeding pathways - Send video updates of property to owner and have an iphone to have facetime calls when something goes wrong Other routine work on different timelines - Cleaning solar panels - Spraying tumble weeds - Fixing pavers if they get broken - Power washing decks - Meeting with contractors on site in the instance of a repair you are unable to handle If this type of work sounds appealing to you please contact me and we can setup a time to meet in person.
