Work with owner to help manage, maintain, and improve 6 buildings in a small shopping center. Most of the time will be spent repairing wood and painting but there are also other repairs needed, and some maintenance. This is part time. Approximately 40 hours per month. Flexible hours. Looking for someone that communicates well with tenants, contractors, and management and also lives close to the buildings.
