FOUND SMALL PUPPY

My neighbor found this puppy yesterday evening (09/26) under a car in our neighborhood. He seems to be about 4-6 weeks old and under 10lbs. He was found with a collar on. He is well behaved and seems to be potty trained. Not sure if he is chipped, they are taking him to their vet to check. If anyone has info on who his owner is, contact me via email. Owner MUST be able to identify collar to claim. We won’t just give him to anyone, so don’t bother trying if he’s not yours. Thanks
