Wheatfield commons, a DePaul Senior Living Community, is looking for a skilled maintenance professional to oversee our facility in North Tonawanda! The Maintenance Director will plan the overall maintenance program and oversee the maintenance and general upkeep of the building, grounds and vehicles. This includes the ability to manage a budget and trouble shoot & problem solve in a proactive and cost effective manner. High School diploma or GED with trade or industrial coursework preferred. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals required. Candidates must have at least a year of experience in providing hands on maintenance in a large facility to include electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and minor repair work. Must be able to lift at least 70 pounds. In addition to the above criteria, this position also requires a clean NYS driving record as outlined in DePaul's personnel policy.
