Looking for a Part-Time worker to help out with various jobs and projects in a small rental community (7 homes on a 5 acre property). Preferably wanting someone with experience in basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical, roofing, and related trades. No need to be a pro, but basic knowledge in any fields a plus. Having your own tools a huge advantage. This job would be great for someone who simply wants to earn some extra cash/income (can pay immediately after any jobs). Sometimes there is a lot of work, sometimes nothing for a bit. Normally, you can chose your own hours and work on most of them when it's convenient for you. Reliable transportation a must. Living in or near Mt. Vernon also a plus. Here are a few examples of current projects that need work to give you an idea: -Carport roof needs to be sealed -Septic drain field is clogged and may need to be dug up and repaired -Small run of gutter needs to be installed -Small water leak needs to be located/repaired Pay shall be determined by your level of experience and efficiency, but $20/hr guaranteed.
