Woodland Motors invites your application for a Facility Maintenance Worker! The job includes but is not limited to: maintaining and repairing the dealership facility, equipment, and building. These tasks consist of performing a variety of semi-skilled electrical, plumbing, solar panel cleaning, and other light interior/exterior repair work. Ensuring cleanliness of the building's exterior is the top priority. Inspect facility to identify building maintenance and custodial needs; Inspect, determine, and perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on assigned facilities. In addition to maintaining our facility, you will also be responsible for Woodland Ford's facility (directly next to Woodland Motors) once construction is complete. Regular and consistent attendance. Perform related duties as assigned.
