As a lead technician you will earn a commission based average of $27.00 per hour plus tips / vacation pay/ paid holidays/free memberships/ and uniforms. Plus a great Bonus/ incentive plan and a unique four day work week with a fifth day as an option Enjoy the freedom of being your own boss out in the field.
