Bassist available for gigs

I am in my 30s. I'm looking to see if there are any bands in the area who need a bassist. I have a full time job and family, but I am available to practice at least weekly and gig monthly. I use to play jazz. Most of that is gone, but it does allow me to pick up chord progressions super quickly. I have played rock, punk, metal, and cover bands. Any questions reach out.
