PLEASE HELP! Sweet and loving pitbull needing to be rehomed

A few years ago we were tasked with taking care of a sweet, clearly neglected pitbull and it appears that she has become allergic to our backyard. For the first year she was a happy, bouncing girl that loooved to cuddle up on the couch, but then she started developing a skin condition that has persisted through countless vet visits and treatments and the discomfort seems to be taking a toll. Unfortunately, we are are no longer able to afford treatment and she is unable to stay inside due to the skin flaking she is experiencing. Furthermore, there is no way we could continue to keep her cooped up in a backyard that is trying to eat her alive. Without being gross, there is a manhole in our backyard and we believe previous floods have caused this to allow "contaminants" to come into the yard, causing this issue for her. Please help us pass the torch to help this sweetheart and succeed where we have unfortunately failed. - She is chipped - She has been spayed, "breeders" please look elsewhere - Has never shown aggression to other animals nor humans - We are not asking for, nor will we accept, compensation of any kind - Condition is best described as doggie eczema (skin flaking and frequent biting/licking/scratching at self) - Yes, we have looked into owner surrender at the local shelters, but they are all at capacity and she would surely be put down - I can appreciate if you have a good idea for a treatment, but unless you will be paying for it and/or a new home (backyard) I am not interested at this time Thank you
