Personal Assistant Needed !! PART TIME Personal Assistant Needed Busy mom of 2 looking for a local personal assistant. I am looking for a detail oriented individual who loves organization, being around children, a big dog as well as generally helping out with chores around the house. Duties include: Scheduling personal appointments, birthday parties, school volunteering/school functions, playdates, games and practice for kids. Managing inbox, reading emails and plugging important dates in calendar, drafting and sending response emails, sorting mail and paying bills. etc Keeping spaces organized around the house including refrigerator and pantry under the sink areas. Running errands including picking up and dropping off laundry, shopping, groceries, order and wrap gifts, car servicing, small meal preps including cutting fruit and vegetables, walking dog. Light Cleaning when needed include, making beds, sweeping floors, putting toys away and washing dishes, laundry put up, making sure all essentials are stocked up. Coordinate scheduling with the kids, meals for the week, help with homework and our dog. The pay will be $20 per hour 2 days a week and will include 2 weeks of paid vacation after 6 months of employment. Must be available to work one weekend day and one week day. Preferably Sunday and Monday. 35 college hours are preferred, but not required. Must have a driver's license and your own car. The first 2 weeks will be a trial run to see if you are a fit for our family. I am hoping to build a great long term relationship with an individual that will become family.
