need help with fences and tree work

I have a small Contracting company. We stay busy year around with the types of work we do. I build tons of privacy fences and 4 plank fencing. We also do tree removal and sell firewood. I have a commercial log splitter and bobcat to help with this stuff. If you have a firewood truck your willing to use for work it's amajor plus.if you have your own hands told its amajor plus. Pay starts at 15.00 an hour and goes up from that point.
