New England Spas is seeking to hire a delivery crew leader/driver to lead one of our delivery crews. Our operations center is located in Westborough, MA where this role will be based. This position requires driving a company vehicle; valid driver's license and clean driving record are required. CDL NOT REQUIRED. Day-To-Day: -Provide management and direction on job sites for delivery crews -Ensure that all safety requirements are met on job sites -Work with Operations Manager to train new crew members -Double check everything is loaded for delivery prior to leaving the warehouse -Deliver spas and accessories complete without damage -Install cover lifters -Deliver covers when necessary -Use forklift to unload shipments of spas, chemicals and accessories if needed -Help with semi-annual inventory of all spas, chemicals and accessories -Make sure all signed deliveries are scanned and added to customer file as soon as they are delivered -Notifying manager when you notice inventory becoming low -Responsible for general maintenance of your company vehicle -Assist in keeping the warehouse clean, neat and organized -Attend and contribute to staff meetings as required Qualifications: -3-6 years of experience handling job sites and crews -Some mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or other technical experience -Valid driver's license and clean driving record are required (CDL NOT REQUIRED) -Ability to lift heavy objects Job Type: Full-time Salary: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Paid training Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday No nights Overtime Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay Commission pay Signing bonus
