I have been seeing these ads for various types of musicians from this guy for quite a long time now. It didn't seem as though he could not keep anyone, it seems more like there's just one guy and he's trying to put a band together from scratch. One of these guys that has already named a band, prior to it existing, and then begins looking for musicians. I've never taken him serious due to repetitive ads looking for different instruments as though there is a full band when you can tell from the ads that there is not.
