Holiday Lighting Crew Member Thanks for checking out our job posting for Britescape! We are currently looking to hire 2-4 seasonal crew members to add to our holiday lighting team. The primary job of the holiday lighting crew member is to assist the lead installer with their work. There will be times you might need to be on a ladder but it’s usually under 12ft until you are comfortable on taller ones. A lot of times you’re just handing supplies to the lead installer or wrapping lights around the smaller trees and shrubs. There will be a fair amount of long days especially in November when the holiday season is at the peak. We generally try to get as much work done as possible in November and early December. We still try our best to maintain flexible schedules for people who might only be able to work 3-4 days a week. Our installations will start in mid to late October and continue through mid-February with takedowns. Your workday will typically start at 7:30am but your stop time may be different since no 2 jobs are the same. Takedowns from Jan-Feb will have a little less intense schedule with much more flexibility and generally only a 40 hour work week. Holiday Parties REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS: Commercial / Professional holiday lighting experience beneficial but not required Capable of working outside in challenging weather conditions.
