Local Construction Contractor Looking to Expand Crew

Small Local Construction Company looking for a crew member to help out and ideally someone that wants to work often with us on projects throughout the Denver area. We work anywhere from CO Springs to Greeley, Aurora to Keystone, but mainly in Adams and Jefferson counties. The main qualifier other than being physically able to do the work, you need to have reliable transportation to job sites. This means owning a legally registered and insured vehicle that you legally are able to drive. Bus riders, ride bums, and scooter duders just won’t make it to most jobs. So that we know you’ve actually read through our listing thoroughly, in your response, please describe what each word(s) mean to you that’s relevant to working in a crew. Other attributable qualifications to be considered for the position: Great attitude- Self Starter/Self Sufficient Attention to Details Presentable Teachable/Trainable Great Communicator We work with all types of clients from Homeowners, Designers, Builders, Remodelers, Restoration Companies, Commericial/Industrial investors, contractors, and others with most being high profile clients that hire us as the professionals to do what we do best. We provide all the tools necessary and PPE on each job. We will train someone with a passion to enter the industry, but those with proven experience in many fields of construction do best (Jack of all Trades, Master of None) You’ll be tearing out drywall, framing, kitchens and bathrooms and hauling a lot of debris at the beginning. We need someone that’s not a bill in a china shop so to speak. Reply with a description of yourself and prior work history. We will call those that we feel are most qualified for an interview are are looking to start immediately, but we also understand if you need some time to give notice to your current employer. We can discuss how much to start at but generally a lower wage is given until your abilities can be proven and we pay the ones we want to keep around as your value makes us more valuable collectively.
