Have you ever lived at 1300 or 1301 Crossing Place? As soon as you signed you lease, did they turn their back on you with rudeness, lying, bullshitting, and ignoring your issues for your entire 12-month stay? They are STILL treating real tenants this way AND at the same time writing FAKE 5-STAR REVIEWS FOR THEMSELVES. New renters like you and me are STILL getting FOOLED into signing leases RIGHT NOW because the REAL (BAD) reviews that were left by REAL residents are getting buried by the most recent fakes. Does this make you angry? Leave a Google review for "Estates At East Riverside" OR "Villages at East Riverside" right now! Already left one a long time ago?  If you simply make a small edit to it, it will go back to the top of the list of most recent! If you have time:     •    REPORT recent 5-star reviews that appear fake (they are from staff, friends of staff, solicited, bought, traded, or from non-residents) as “conflict of interest,” “spam,” or “off topic.”     •    Gives a THUMBS UP to other 1-star reviews that look like they are from a real resident!
