We are looking for a couple(2 people) to manage a 44+ unit apartment complex in Redding, CA. Must live onsite, be dependable and self-starters and have good people skills. Maintenance repairs, grounds keeping, painting, cleaning, office work is required. Some experience preferred. Full time Hourly wage and housing included.
