PAY STARTS AT 15 AN HR Grounds Inspection, Maintenance and Cleanup of Common Areas • Unit Inspections and Make Readies • Light Mechanical Work and Repairs • Manage Subcontractors • Work under the direct supervision of General Manager • Water Meter Installation • Skirting Installation • Initial Make Readies • Others as Necessary • Deferred Maintenance • Routine Maintenance • Home Maintenance • Service order work derived from residents failing to complete corrective action • Emergency Repairs such as water leaks and sewer blockages • Maintain Rigor and Discipline around Service Orders • Organize and manage equipment maintenance and storage • Respond to After Hour Calls
