We have an available position for a Porter/Groundskeeper for our 148-Unit Apartment Community in Haltom City. Must be experienced in multifamily maintenance or have experience in a related field. Responsibilities will include maintenance of the grounds, laundry room and property buildings. Will assist the Maintenance technician and/or Property Manager with special maintenance projects. Qualified applicants should have: * 2+ years Apartment grounds maintenance experience; & * Verifiable work history.
