Apartment Maintenance - part-time or full-time

We are seeking a part-time maintenance technician for a small apartment community OR full-time for 2 separate locations. The part-time location is 2 days at Grant and Euclid area and if full time, 3 days would be at Oracle and Orange Grove area. The ideal candidate will possess the following assets: Maintenance experience including electrical, plumbing, appliance and painting skills Experience with pool maintenance or willingness to learn and become certified. Company will pay for certification. Can-do and team oriented attitude. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to perform on call services (can be shared with other team members) Willingness to participate in daily grounds clean up. Excellent benefits are offered and bonuses are earned by outstanding team members. Pre-employment Drug and criminal background screening is required. Candidate can have no landlord debt.
