Help with doors and Deadbolt

I operate a facility with residence. The residents are very hard on doors. All four of our doors do not properly close due to being pulled on.  A little needs to be shaved off each door to close properly again. I also have two deadbolt locks I need installed. A picture of them is attached. I would imagine a person would need: -planer -power drill -a large drill bits (lock hole isn't drilled already) If you can do this job, shoot me over a little bit about yourself as well as what you would charge to complete this for me. I'd imagine, it would take three or four hours to complete.
