I have an old house with many projects and needed repairs. There is a lot of patching/painting work, lots of general handiwork needs, plus projects like building storage sheds. Excellent English communication skills a must. And I strongly prefer people who will commute less than 30-miles from Santa Paula!
Examples of work to be done: exterior painting, roof facia replacement, minor roof work.
I have quite a few tools, but expect candidate to provide some of their own as needed. I will buy supplies, etc. I have comfortable/covered/secure work and rest areas to offer.
