Grounds/Maintenance Tech for private residence

Description

Hands-on position for an individual who enjoys exterior and grounds maintenance, as well as heavy cleaning. This will involve mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, pruning, clean-up, watering, fertilizing and some snow removal. Will also assist property manager with other assigned tasks. The groundskeeper will travel to a few different private homes using company vehicle. This is a full-time, year round positions (8am-4pm, Monday-Friday). Occasional weekends may be requested.
