Energy Auditor with Building Envelope experience air sealing new construction structures. This person needs to have BPI or HPIP certification. An experience person will have several houses to air seal on a daily basis. Painters, weatherization, and carpenters are encouraged to apply also. Must have a valid drivers license. Insulation Installers: Henges Insulation is seeking a full-time person to install insulation into new construction and existing homes. Experience helpful relative to installing thermal insulation, for example (fiberglass batts, spraying cellulose and/or fiberglass, installing BIB's, or sprayed foam products). This is a full-time position, and we have year around work. No slow season or wet weather lay-offs. The candidate must have basic tools, a valid driver’s license. Ideal candidate should have experience in residential construction industry; however, training could be provided. Skilled insulators, carpenters, framers, and weatherization are ideal for this work. Compensation for trainee is $18.50 per hour and skilled applicants can expect $25-$28 per hour. Hourly income is dependent on experience.
