building a cedar fence

I am looking for some help building a cedar fence. The work involves digging post holes, setting 4 x 4 posts, installing 2 x 4 framing, and nailing on 1 x 6 cedar pickets. I need an experienced hard working person to help get this done as quickly as possible.. If interested, please reply with your experience.
