Description
I'm a real estate investor who is buying a property in East Orange (nice area-bordering Bloomfield). Property has been vacant and seems there's squatters that have put their own padlocks on both the front door/side door entrance around a month ago. I'm unclear if squatters live there or are using the house for...who knows what. The water has been shut off, property is in poor condition although habitable. I'm 5'1, blonde and I don't see it going over well when I knock on the door. I'm looking for a man to what they do best. Methodically use their own creativity to get these squatters the F out so I can close on this property. Serous inquires only, results oriented and really looking to create a relationship with someone who I can trust in these neighborhoods I invest in.
