We are looking for a full-time dispatcher for our recycling business.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assigning routes to trucks using route building software and our database of clients.
- Answering phones, interacting with clients, providing a friendly and welcoming customer service experience.
- Helping expedite trucks in the beginning of the day, being available to support drivers with information and instructions while in the office during the day, and helping organize, offload, and expedite drivers at the end of the day.
- Ensuring trucks are properly stocked before beginning the work day.
Organization is of the highest importance.
Overall handiness is appreciated.
Any trucking experience or background is a plus.
Spanish speaking is also a plus
Chinese speaker is also a large plus
