The city of Spokane Valley wants so much to look like a real city that now they came up with a plan to make a park in front of their City Hall. The problem is that they are going to shrink Sprague Ave down to two lanes to install bike lanes bus stops trees and grass. Just think of this when traffic is backed up taking more time out of your day just so unelected officials can feel good as they look at their park.
