Description

• Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand. • Loads materials into vehicles and installs strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit, • Conveys materials to or from storage. • Reads work order or follows oral instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved. • Counts, weighs and records material received and issued. • Opens containers, using hand tools. • Receive and put up materials in proper storage locations. • Provide production lines with material in a timely manner. • Visually inspect and compare parts for quality and document results. • Maintaining machinery and work area clean. • Complete production documentation and reports. • Report malfunctions to appropriate staff.
