Bounce House Delivery Drivers- must have a pickup truck! We have warehouses in Fort Worth Tx currently needing North Dallas delivery drivers. This job is HARD, with working in the HEAT but you can make good money! Our heavy hitters regularly pull in over $800 a week (almost full time) but they do have one helper that they split with which is recommended. The ideal candidate is responsible for delivery, setup, and rolling up of inflatable games. They will be assigned jobs and given job details beforehand, and they will be responsible for picking up the games and ensuring they have all of the accessories and needs for the job they are headed to. It is their responsibility to load, deliver, set up, and tear down games for each job. Other hourly work can be done as needed throughout the summer. Job Requirements: 1. HAVE TO BE ABLE TO LIFT AND MANEUVER HEAVY OBJECTS up to 400+ lbs. Handtrucks will be provided, but physical ability is very important in this position. 2. Customer Service Skills. The employee will be responsible for greeting and chatting with customers upon delivery and tear down at job sites. The employee should be personable, highly respectful, and work to please each customer. Occasionally customers needs and set up can change with late noticed so it's important that the employee be flexible, willing to change, able to problem solve, and able to work independently. Being kind with each customer throughout the process of delivery, set up, and tear down is most important. 3. Employee must be punctual and responsible. They must be able to manage their time well with coordinating their deliveries, allowing time for change and being timely with all deliveries. 4. MUST HAVE OWN PICKUP TRUCK - Employee must be able to drive safely and feel comfortable hauling a trailer if one is needed. Must be able to keep own vehicle maintained. Vehicle insurance is required. 5. Appearance - Employee must be clean, and care about their presentation. In our industry, it is imperative to our company that we stand above our competitors by being the presentable in appearance. Employee will be given shirts to wear when doing deliveries. 6. Communication - Employee should be able to communicate clearly with their manager and with customers. One on one communication with the manager is how jobs are assigned and work is delegated. You must be able to work well with him and keep in touch with him. 7. Weather - Employee must be able to work in all sorts of weather. The majority of our jobs are spring through fall. 8. Safety- it is extremely important in our company to provide a safe, fun experience for our guests. Employee must adhere to safety rules, and be a patient driver. Schedule: The majority of deliveries are weekends but there are occasional weekday deliveries that can be offered. Early morning and evenings must be available on weekends for delivery, set-up, then returning to pick-up the units. There is usually a long break mid-day. Spring through fall is when the majority of our jobs takes place, so the employee must be able to commit to working more throughout those seasons. Compensation: Employee will be paid by the orders that they deliver. Employee could make over $300 in one day. Most of our drivers make over $500 each weekend. A helper is highly recommended.
