Description
Hi.
On sept 22 in heavy winds our sailboat capsized off Colchester Point north of Winooski River intersection / Delta area.
Wind was strong blowing south. Our gear never showed up on shore.
It floated away and has not been seen since!
- small bag of sails. Both have some tears in the sail. This is for our older 1971 sailboat. Both sails were in a faded blue bag.
- White canvas duffel bag with men’s clothing and bedding in it. It was double bagged waterproofed inside. It floated easily away.
Has “William Boyd” or William Boyd J_____” or WBJ stenciled on side with black letters.
- Paddle black aluminum.
- multi colored padded “lunch bag” with food in it.
- black padded insulated “lunch bag” with some white corporate name / logo on it with food in it.
- padded back rest seat.
PLEASE HELP if you can!!!! Would be so appreciated.
I took us on a big journey in questionable wind and paid this price in the end.
Boat capSized and took on 2-3 waves and could not be bailed out.
Save ourselves and the boat was top priority and had to watch other gear float away.
