Bass player looking for mature musicians/band

I'm an older bass player, long over 50, looking to see if there is any gigs available for a steady performing band. I'm a laid back, pocket player. I can cover most bass parts slower then Iron Maiden. I am mainly interested in rock and country but I can play and enjoy most other styles. I do not want to be involved with any 12 bar blues band, but an upbeat blues band that plays dance music could make fortune in this town. Sadly, they don't exist so Rock, Country & Western music it is. I can sing some tunes if the bass line permits, I will do backing harmonies if possible. I have a bandmix page in the works that has a video and some studio recordings. I'm located on the east side but this is Columbus so everyone is within 30 minute drive. I'll practice once a week, as long as you are practicing at home before practice. Way past dealing with egos and and holes. Thanks for reading, please let me know what music you are playing and hopefully you will have a way for me to get the songs easily. Those of you that want to send me a you tube list look elsewhere. If you are too lazy to have the tunes you want to play available then you are too lazy for me to be in a band with.
