Apartment Ceiling Replacement

I need someone to come in a demo and replace a ceiling in Midtown near Piedmont park in a vacant apartment. The ceiling is 11ft wide and 22ft long. It is located on the first floor of a two floor apartment building. The debris from the demo can be placed in our onsite dumpster which sits 100ft away from the apartment. I will need the ceiling to be primed and painted. If you give me a labor price then I can provide all of the materials. I need the work to be completed by this Saturday Morning.
