I am a drummer contemplating asking for an audition but here is my question. I saw you posted a drummer that will be happy playing with one band and i like this but do you have work or enough work to make one person able to play with your band only? I have been following your posts and you seem to have people that aren't sticking around. Is work the issue or what is actually happening? I am not posting this to be a wise ass. Just want to know what i would be getting into if i audition and i think its a fair question. Thanks in advance!
