i would like to re-home this wonderful bird.. what has happened is a few years ago a roommate left him with me and never returned. when he moved in he needed a cage and i went to a bird place and spent over 600 for a nicely sized cage and accessories i was always anticipating being able to spend time with frankie i have always wanted a bird like him... but i am unable..i dont know much about him except he can be extremely friendly and it breaks my heart but i want him to have a better life... i am only asking for part of my cage investment $350 and ONLY IF YOU ARE SERIOUS pls text only
