-WANTED- Experienced Tradesman for multiple renovations. We run a sober crew. Work is available 7 days a week. Schedule is flexible and you will not be micro managed. Pay is USUALLY CASH or CASHAPP daily (sometimes it takes 2 or 3 days to pay) and begins at $15hr but will be $20 if I don't have to babysit you and you have actual experience and a drive to work. If you make my life difficult with drama, find another job. Must be able to lift 100 pounds and work at least 7 hours a day, 5 days a week. You can work from 7 am to 9 pm USUALLY. You will be responsible for finishing the task at hand with skill. Show up on time and work until close. Pretty simple. My name is Dan and my background consists of over 20yrs Marine Corps, and 4 years general contracting. No tolerance for dishonesty, or drug use.
