The Lofts at Fondren Hill, an upscale community located directly across the street from the UMMC medical campus on Lakeland Drive, is seeking a person to perform general maintenance around the community. This person will be responsible to work on the building exteriors and on the swimming pool. This person will work on vacant unit turns and other needs that the property might have.
