Toby needs a new home!

Toby has been with the same people since he was born, however his current family situation has changed and unfortunately the daughter-in-law that moved into his house is allergic to dogs. Poor Toby must move out to make room for the new 2-legged family member. Toby is a bully mix, around 8-years-old, weighing in at approximately 65lb. He is fully vaccinated, and has no known allergies nor health issues. Toby loves all people, be they small or large, friend or stranger, and is especially fond on his 2 ½ year old human brother. However, he is selectively friendly with other dogs. A home where he can be the only pet would be best, but we do believe he can learn to cohabitate with other animals through patience and training. Toby is house trained, leash trained and knows some basic commands such as: Sit, Stay, Shake, Come, Go, Stop and Lay Down, as well hand gestures for those same commands. He does NOT dig up your yard, NOR excessively bark, NOR chew your favorite things or furniture. He does enjoy chew toys and tug of war and to chase the neighborhood squirrels that wonder into his yard. He has a very sweet demeanor, and loves to nap, play and snuggle with you on the couch. Toby would make a great companion for a family with kids or just about anybody looking for a loyal and trustworthy pup! Home checks are required.
