Found dog tibetan spaniel or pekinese

Found this little guy (tibetan spaniel) on Thursday in South Linden (on Kohr pl. between Bremen st. and Cleveland ave) and have been trying to locate the owner. PetFBI has been contacted as well as multiple FB groups. No microchip. Really hope he hasn't been abandoned 😞
