Innovative Energy Network is the fastest growing Solar install company in Southern California. We are looking to hire motivated, reliable individuals to work as part of our solar installation crew. The Solar PV Installer is responsible for installing all aspects and components of a PV solar system. The ideal candidates are a motivated team player with a strong work ethic and safety. Looking for leads. HABLAMOS ESPANOL. Great Pay and Bonus structure included in compensation. Qualifications: Valid driver’s license Electrical Experience a plus. Reliable and good attendance. Ability to use basic hand and power tools. Basic knowledge of solar installation is required. Job Description: Must be able to lead a team. Install mounting and racking systems on all job types Comfortable working on roofs of all heights and different slopes/ pitches Ability to transport materials and equipment to complete assigned tasks Attention to detail Ability to work independently Ability to lift, move, and/or carry items in excess of 50 lbs. Must be able to climb ladders, stairs, and work from heights
