APARTMENT TECHNICIANS NEEDED $20.00 - $23.00 Maintenance Techs needed for apartment communities in the DTLA area. Tuesday thru Saturday 8-5pm. Days off Sunday and Monday. These are full time positions. Candidates must have minimum 1 year of building maintenance and be proficient in electrical, plumbing, drywall. Apartment Maintenance Technician Responsibilities: Repairing and unclogging toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers, and exterior drains. Replacing carpets and wooden floors.
