We are now hiring a motivated and upbeat Maintenance Technician to join our team of dedicated professionals at Golfview Apartments. Our maintenance team is responsible for the overall maintenance and physical condition of the property including unit turns, work orders, preventative maintenance, and grounds upkeep as needed. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working as a team member, and possess a willingness to learn. Must have experience working with basic tools, troubleshooting and basic maintenance knowledge, basic computer skills, and attention to detail. EPA certification is a plus!
